auxiliary water pump..... 2006 S/C Sport

Well my auxiliary water pump seems to be going bad (getting reduce power from it)...

question...

where is it located? what must i remove to access it?

any way to rebuilt these? maybe just replace the brushes? does anyone know what goes bad in them?

if you get a chance, you woudlnt happen to have

Supercharger Cooling System Draining, Filling and Bleeding (19.46.01)... not sure if there is a special procedure for this.
