It is! My car is also 2007MY and bought just as the 2008MY came to the market. The connector requires another cradle suitable for your phone and they are only available for Nokia phones and now hard to find. It charges your phone and links to the PTi transferring your contact details just like the BT does. I have been told that you can disconnect it and nothing will happen but I've left mine as is. 2008MY lost this cradle system but got an electric control for the steering column instead! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

i disconected mine and under gear selector to stop short cuircits, like you say you have a stupid upside down plug on top of my fridge and get in the way if you put certain things in (meatalic items) i am trying to get a cover without the hopless connector as it make my fridge a bit rough i think so need a armrest without the phone option "ha ha HA HA" laughing all the way to the bank! |
