I am new to this forum, in fact I have just found it. I am thinking of buying a RRS probably a used one of about a yr old or so (due to funds ). The thing is, I am a farmer and also a paraplegic, ie a full time wheelchair user.

What I would like to know is the height of the seat from ground level when in "low mode". Obviously the lower the better for me. Do size of wheels make any difference or do they have all the same 'rolling circumference' hence height ????

Is there any options or anything that can be done cheaply that can alter this height, aprt from parking near a kerb all the time ,

Unfortunately I'm at work today with no measuring device. But my advice would be to go to your local Dealer and try it out.

The reason I say this is because there is also a pronounced lip to the outer edge of the sports style seat, which may or may not affect you.

Wheel size will make no difference. Side steps may help you but they may also hinder you as they push you further away from the side of the car.

I'm afraid once it is in access mode it is at its lowest setting.
