Have been giving the MY2010 quite a bit of thought, and chatted to SWMBO about colours. Looking at the brochure, it would appear that our collective choice is not a "recommended" one.

BUT - has anyone out there been to a dealer who has a Bali Blue example, with Ivory premium leather with black stitching?

Long shot maybe, but would be worth a trip to view in advance of ordering.

That is just the spec I am looking for too for my next one, I haven't been to the dealer to find out but I would have liked the Nutmeg interior to Ivory from a "housekeeping" role as it would be easier to keep clean. I have also considered the Ivory with Ocean Alcantra inserts and enhanced leather pack to match.

Saw a 2010 in white with Tan and a white with Arabica........................................ both are actually a lot nicer than the pictures in the brochure, the nutmeg with Arabica door and dash top is very nice too. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

White with tan would be my choice in the fantasy world where owning an RRS at the moment is an option

At the Leeds dealer, they had a white one with Ivory Premium (and extended leather) which looked great, but the other half much prefers Bali on the exterior. Actually, getting a look at a Bali one with Nutmeg may well do the trick (cheers for the thought Tim) - I am trying to see what the darker exterior and light interior will look like. Maybe even black/ivory will give me enough to guage it.

I guess the fact that Bali/Ivory is not a "recommended" choice is flipping me a bit - hence the need to see one before any order. The Bali one I saw had the black interior, which did look good, but I would prefer a lighter interior.

Maybe a dealer will have one shortly, as they've only just hit the shelf, so to speak.

Ash, that will be the dealer who wants to shift the metal and earn the bonuses, the rest only buy cars as artworks to grace their showrooms, they never want to sell you part of their collection. I think you will also find that with Sept 1st coming up many of the cars in dealer stock are actually pre-sold orders, prepped and only waiting to have their number plates screwed on.
