on some rare occasions the wires of the sat nav dvd reader can get caught on the track of the front passenger seat, just check its all plugged in and no lose wires |

Unfortunately, the DVD player is probably the culprit, mine has just failed after 83K miles and gave me that same error. Swapped it with a new DVD player and the same DVD and it's working just fine again. Interesting to note that this was a gradual deterioration, so for a few weeks before hand, the error message would appear and then clear by itself, until 1 day it appeared about 10 times and then the machine finally stopped working.
