Hi all have tried to find an answer for this in past threads but not found one. At night with lights on they shake alot. Have removed bulb covers and checked for a loose mount but there isnt, except all the lense fixings seem abit flimsy. Is this standard or have i got a problem?

yes have noticed but think they may be off putting to other road users. Ok let me expand, I work in a garage, and do MOTs, would consider them not really right! as in a bit of a manufacturing error as even if u tap the lights when on they shake which could be considered a failure, don't get me wrong am not anul about it but just wanted to know if this was a standard trait! |

Interesting, I always thought this would be caused by my 20 inch wheels! |

Out of interest then Trev, are you saying you would fail a vehicle's MOT if the lights did this? |

I've noticed that quite a few other marques of cars with Xenons do this - Jaguars, Audis and BMW's in particular. I think it has something to do with the self levelling system 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

My Audi never did this and neither does the Audi of MrsMcBunny, I have never seen this on any other car. However mine does only do this while driving, do I understand you correctly that you cars do this while standing still? Then my shaking is perhaps really just due to the tyres?! |
