Quite a few of us on the D3 site have used Pro Trax and found them very good; the easiest thing in the world would be to say one more won't matter, but they obviously do care about Greenlaning's image which speaks volume. You've also had an email from the head honcho so I'm not sure what more they could do. If I were you I would speak to Vince and see what other trip can be done. Porsche Cayenne S Diesel 66 Plate |

Have spoken to Vince and he did agree that the lady could of been more helpful and he has spoken with her on the mater.
