I'm trying to lay my hands on one of these units to see if if it's good enough rather than having to buy a Foam lance and Pressure Washer.

I have good water pressure at home and maybe it would save me the cost of buying a Karsher or similar.

Anyone got one? Or experience of one???? I keep telling myself 'It's a toy'
But I've broken quite a lot of toys in my time.....

I had a Gilmour and used it about twice before moving up to a proper foam lance. Personally, I'd never go back.

Even with really good pressure you'll never get anywhere near the foam produced by a dedicated lance and pressure washer. I run an auto rae chem lance (http://www.autorae-chem.com/heavy-duty-foam-lance-489-p.asp) on a domestic Karcher washer and it produces loads of really thick foam.
