I recently bought a Second Hand RRS TDV6 HSE 2007 in Romania. After driving for a few days I noticed a few small issues that need to be repaired so I thought I would drop in to the local dealer in Romania to get things checked out.

This is the list of problems that I went in with

Frout Adaptive lighting
No GPS Signal
Rear electric windows not working
Tail gate warning that it is not closed
Parking sensors
Bluetooth undiscoverable
Electric Steering wheel adjustment not working

1st trip
After three days I collected it from the dealers and there response was that they needed more time to find out what the problems however they did noticed that a new fuel pump was needed as part of a recall from LandRover. It was agreed to bring it back in after a week once the new fuel pump has arrived.


2nd Trip
I brought the car in and went though the list of problems again with the service desk and they asked for another three days to find the problems, order the parts and fit them.

I have just collected it today only to find out that none of the problems have been fixed, even the fuel pump which they ordered the part for. They have asked to return in two weeks (third trip) for the new parts to be delivered and fitted. I do not have confidence that all these issues will be resolved and I am expecting fourth, possible fifth trip to resolve this.

Apart from writing a letter to the service manager does anyone have any tips for dealing with the dealers or if this continues a contact within land rover to address this to?
