Access to the space under the front cup holder

Hi, I need to access the space under the front cup holders...been looking for info on that but the only thing I've been able to find is this:

from this chat: http://rrsport.co.uk/forum/topic197.html?highlight=remove

By doing this, will I have access to the space under the cups holder? Has anyone done it before? Range Rover Vogue ‘17 TDV6

Another quick one on the same subject: as anyone removed the left and right plastic/metal on the left and right of the radio, above the wood from the side of the centre console?

Do I just have to pull them out or is there some trick? Range Rover Vogue ‘17 TDV6

Out of interest what are you trying to fit under the cup holders?

I had install in the car an after market entertainment system. Screens in the head rest and dvd player in the top glove box. The installer has put the "black box" (box with video input/sounds cables...) in that place. My problem is that I have an ipod connection linked to it but the cable used is not compatible with the newer ipods (ie the ipod does not recognise the cable has being video compatible). I need to change that cable, hence need to access that "box"...

Earlier today, I took the gear box part out (straight forward actually), could see the box but couldn't access it...it's really under the cup holder...seems like I will have to remove the whole thing... Range Rover Vogue ‘17 TDV6

The topic you are referring to is about the small round piece of plastic in the middle of the cup holders, where you can find the emergency parking brake release thing....This is the place I am trying to access but I need to remove the whole thing as that small access is...well too small... Range Rover Vogue ‘17 TDV6

Hi,

I know its old, but did you find a way of removing the cup holders? As I need to do the same, as some of the little "blinds" on the roller cover have come off in the very space!!!

Thanks
