Slovenia 2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Java Black

So we should stay away from things like this or are they ok as price is not bad:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/20-Range-Rover-Storm...rms=65%3A3|66%3A2|39%3A1|240%3A1308|301%3A1|293%3A1|294%3A50

I am getting my RRS tomorrow and it has standard HSE 19 rims which are not too pretty. Since I need to buy new tires anyway I would like to find a set of cheap 20 stormers. What do you guys recomand

I would only buy LR wheels. Cheap is not an option - your life is more important I would guess, buy new and buy LR. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten
2009 Alaska TDV8 - Gone and much missed.

I would go for their offer, actually.
Legal action is not an option in this case, since you cannot demonstrate these are the wheels they really gave you when you bought the car.
How can you prove this?

They will certainly argue that they gave you the correct wheels and eventually you changed them.

In this case, without proof, you will not get through and will have to pay both your and their lawyer expenses.

That's my opinion, so go for new wheels, the refund and the charity option, and leave the bottle in their @ss.
Mind you put it from the wrong side.. Mr. Green

Be careful.

If you are taking them to court you have to prove you have tried to mitigate your loss. They have made you an offer, but you have refused it. If it gets to court and the judge sees that you have refused their offer he may not award you anything!

A litigation case like this will take months to come to court, and all the while you are driving on replica wheels. Dont forget, non-standard wheels should be notified to your insurance company

If you lose, that could leave you where you are now, but out of pocket for the legal exe's

Why not accept their offer then report them to police etc afterwards. TDV6 HSE 2007 model, Stornoway Grey, Ivory leather,Privacy glass, Premium ICE Pack, side steps, tasmod sills, now towbar and seat covers
