I bought a set of RINSPEED C5/1 23" Alloys about 9 months ago and have covered under 5000 miles in them.

Apparently they are specially designed for SUV's including the Range Rover Sport.
Hi Vougue, that's a good idea, I will do just that. ![]() I'm 100% positive I did not cause this damage by my driving style. 2008 RRS Supercharged Lucerne Green, HST Kit, 23" Rinspeed Alloys, Side Steps, Mud Flaps. |

No way was that caused by kerbs or potholes - they would bend first before cracking. |

if you 'had' been bouncing up kerbs which lead to the damage would the wheels been mishaped/dented where the impacts were.

guess the moral of the storey is don't buy Rinspeed if they are not prepared to stand behind their products... |

If it's a batch/quaity issue then there should be others out there with a similar problem - try posting widely across a number of websites/car forums and see if you can find the others.

Threaten legal action against Rinspeed, your sale of contract is with them and they are responsible for them !!!!! |

Where did you buy them from? Under the "sale of goods" act your fight is with the shop that you purchased them from, not the manufacturer. It is down to the shop to claim a refund from the distributer/manufacturer.

Very dangerous - and as Nick says, there's no surrounding damage to show that you've been kerbing them. These would actually be very easy to kerb so to me that says you have been taking good care of them.
