I am in the UK, and have a 'just' out of warranty issue with my Turbo. I am now selling the vehicle, not as a result of the turbo failure (I had considered this just unlucky - maybe a 'friday car'), but as a result of LR acknowledging this should not happen, and not acting responsibly and fairly (in my opinion, and everyone I have spoken with).

I am considering legal action at the moment as a result.

they started to work yesterday. LR ordered 2 new turbos because they think that one or both are damaged.
friday i hope they close the working and i get my range back. now i have an jaguar xj 2.2... thats booooooooooring!!!  RRS TDV8 Modelyear 2009 with some modifications.

Hehe... i cant stop laughing!! today i got a call from LR: i should come and give back the x-type to pic up an Jaguar XF. I gave it back and asked whats up with my car. they told me that the turbos are out of stock and they cant tell me when they get the new ones. it could take 1-2 day but also 1-2 weeks!!!
I hope i get my car back before the new 2010 comes...  RRS TDV8 Modelyear 2009 with some modifications.
