Coincidence or what?

Don't know if this is just a sick coincidence but....

2007 - Chinese year of the Chicken - Bird Flu Pandemic devastates parts of Asia

2008 - Chinese year of the Horse - Equine Influenza decimates Australian racing

2009 - Chinese year of the Pig - Swine Flu Pandemic kills hundreds of pigs around the globe.

Has any one else noticed this?!

It gets worse........

next year......

2010 - Chinese year of the C o c k - what could possibly go wrong?

I'm not sure whether this post is meant to be a joke (sick or otherwise) or not, however, for the benefit of all members, I would like to set the record straight...

2007 was the BOAR year (18-02-2007 - 06-02-2008)

2008 was the RAT year

Last CHICKEN year was 09-02-2005 - 28-01-2006
and it does not take a rocket scientist to calculate when the next Chicken year will be!

By the way we are in the OX year now (26-01-2009 - 13-02-2010)!
