Let me explain. I was quite "happy" last night. Having gone to "the" match in a state of some nervousness - it was appropriate to have a few drinks before kick off. With a 1 1 score at half time the nerves were still present - so a few more drinks were needed. With the full time score 3 1 to the Toon and a realistic chance of escaping demotion - a whole lot more needed to be drunk to celebrate.

But I promise I never hoolinagised no body at any time.

All we need now is Fulham to fall over on Saturday and Aston Villa (whoever they are ?) to give up before the kick off the following week and all will be very well indeed in Geordieland

BTW I am driving all the way to London on Friday evening. I have heard of this place, it is a long way away. There are many people and some big buildings, most even have rooves.
