IMO you have to be pretty short in order to need side steps.... especially when suspension is in access level.

im looking for a rrs at the mo and i want side steps coz i always thought that they would protect your car from picking up dints in car parks when other drivers open their car doors and decide that they will have to bang yours just to be able to get their fat arses out of their seats.

Depending on the offending car's height of course, yes they do. If you leave the suspensions in off-road height, even better. |
