I wonder when the council loses it's High Court Appeal if it will sack the official that gave the order to waste public money in fighting this! |

imho.....I beleive the signs are lawful....but it appears at the moment that the Council can't enforce them by civil law. TDV6 - gone

Josh I think your right the signs are lawful for prohibited vehicles - which the Council can't enforce. They [The Council] have been using Bus Lane offence incorrectly in an attempt to stop motorists driving through the High Street. If they're going to fine motorists then they should get the offence right. Not as easy as that.....they will probably have to decide on which 'offence' they wish to issue PCN's for and ensure the relevant Traffic Order is in place and then go from there.....it'll take at least 3 months to amend the traffic order |

Agree - they could have got the offence right in the first place and they'd be watertight - useless 's like so many in local govt, civil service etc etc etc ..... |
