I CANNOT F**KING BELIEVE THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just spoke to Nicky at LRE, and whilst asking her some questions that one of the guys had asked in regards to payment and receipts etc.. i dropped into the conversation that i had started getting cheques through and was confident i would have them all through sharpish.. and said they are payable to land rover experience as required.. and she said.. oh hang on.. they have to be made payable to "LAND ROVER".. we have no seperate account for the HOTL department..

EVEN THOUGH I HAD BLOODY MENTIONED IT AT LEAST 2/3 TIMES BEFORE WHEN TALKING TO HER, AND HAVE IT ON THE EMAIL AS CHEQUES MADE PAYABLE TO LRE, SHE SAID SHE FAILED TO NOTICE IT AND APOLOGISED..
