Bucking After Rolling Stop

I find that after a rolling stop at the typical intersection with a stop sign that my RRS "bucks" when I press on the accelerator. It's sort of like the transmission hasn't figured out where to pick up again so it just bucks and off we go. Not a real problem but it really aggravates me that it doesn't simply pick up smoothly. Any thoughts on what's going on? '06 RRS HSE Chawton White/Alpaca Lux/PTI/Sirius

I think we refer to it as "shunt" if its the same thing. Its a trait of the RRS to some degree. You could go to your dealer and make sure that the latest software updates have been applied.

Where are you in South Louisiana? I used to live there and always found the Baton Rouge service department to be excellent when I had a P38 Range Rover. Gone - 2008 Stornoway Grey RRS 2.7 TDV6

BKHK: We live in Folsom so it's actually just as easy to get to BR as it is N.O. I've been to both dealers and both have been pretty good.

Canada 2007 Range Rover Sport 4.4 V8 HSE Java Black

This "shunt" happens with our LR3 (same drive train as the RRS HSE), but not on my RRS HSE. My dealer said there was nothing they could do about it - known problem. Anyone know of a fix? Range Rover Sport HSE
