I assume you are already aware of the TSB on the low coolant level warning? I was having this problem when I bought my used 2006 RRS, but took it in, mentioned that TSB, and they fixed it with no problems since. |

There was a problem with the coolant expansion bottle on early models of the RRS and these needed replacing - I doubt a 2008 model will have this problem as this should have been sorted by now. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

ive seen low coolant level twice in the year of ownership and had to top it up a small amount each time (checked level visually and it was at the lower line of the fill range). Reckon ive got an issue?. Obviously not a sensor issue since it was right but should the car be loosing any water? WINNER - 2008 Best All New Photograph

Shouldn't need to top up too often - you might have a leak.

Depends how much you put in - less than a pint and you should be fine. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

I always put in evian. I once drove further for evian in my last bmw because i though volvic may be too harsh. Also on the cleaning comment! I blame you for all the money ive spent on cleaning gear WINNER - 2008 Best All New Photograph WINNER - 2009 Best All New Photograph |
