the s/c is actually about 85.000€, you can have two s/c for 160.000€ RRS TDV8 HSE java black, privacy glass, bluetooth, clear side repetears.

I've just purchased (no laughing now!) a Ford Galaxy, 2.0tdi, auto, DVD/games screens with i.r., leather, panorama roof, 7" & 5" dashboard LCD's, Xenon, etc, etc........basically every box ticked.

List price £34k......after a reasonably acrimonious haggle, got if for £24.500. Less than the cost of a basic car.

Its not about rubbish salesmen or greedy managers......its about pressure on cashflow, overstocks, market trends, available finance........oh yes, and a tiny bit of rubbish salesmen and greedy managers, but they don't make the decisions, they just carry out instructions.

Also got £10k discount off a BMW 3 series, again with everything on it.

That was last month...........in 2 months time you will be lucky to be able to get a car, let alone a discount. '' .

There is absolutely no substitute for a genuine lack of preparation.

The only cars there seem to be a lot of are Audi Q7's..

Range Sport's.. few stock cars left new, stock for used is going up and down all the time.
Offered my brother in law's sport about the other week to trade, and the phone didn't stop ringing ALL day no exageration!! Sold it for £29.3k to a trader who has a client picking it up by the end of the month!! probably for £32k.. oh well.. cleared quick and easy, and everyone's happy..

I like the way the car market is going.. this slowed production is sorting out prices and the book prices of everything it seems, if the gov bring in this scrap grant thing, should do sum good for the car market yet again..
Have never been busier with enquiries, and used car hunters...
