Cyprus 2008 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Java Black
Replacing the Height sensors

The dealer replaced the compressor yesterday - due to a known problem - but after that im getting a message 'vehicle is raising slowly' (and its true) or 'vehicle will raise when system cools'. What d you recommend, may be changing the height sensors? I dont trust the dealer here in cyprus so when i visit him tomorrow i should tell him what to do...
Thanking you in advance RRS TDV8 HSE Java Black

If the vehicle has been raised and lowered many times continuously the compressor will get hot, so you need to let it cool down.

Vehicle raising slowly could be due to a faulty compressor, valve block, air-spring etc or a leaking reservoir. Since the dealer just changed the compressor it would be prudent to go back there with this complaint. Malaysia Boleh!
