United Kingdom 2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Rimini Red
Yet another newbie with stupid questions

Just thought I'd say hello and ask my first stupid question. I pick up my 08 HSE next week and it has 19" rims. My stupid question is what size were the Goodyear MT/Rs fitted to the RRS G4, as all I can find are 255/55/19s. The standard size for my vehicle (from reading the brochure) is 255/50/19s and so the MT/Rs would stand about an inch taller.
If these are the tyre used is there any mod needed to the vehicle to fit them. Is the speedo recalibrated or would it now show the correct speed as we know the speedos all underead as normal.

Don't worry about stupid posts - the biggest poster on this site is just plain stupid so you'll fit in perfectly.

The G4 RRS has Goodyear MTR's fitted and yes the profile is 55 rather than the standard 50 but the difference is 1mph IIRC. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten
2009 Alaska TDV8 - Gone and much missed.

Thanks for the quick reply. Better start looking for some MTRs then.
