RRS on forum's header

Mrs. C. has asked me number of times why do we have in the forum's header an orange RRS?
Today, she followed this question by, why do we not "mod" it a little?

Can anyone answer? Thumbs Up

i have always thought it was a RRS SC 1st Edition Vesuvius Orange

on the second question, are you now looking for a Vespa with 100 mirrors on it and a back catalogue of The Who Whistle

1st edition? Shocked
Hmmm, looking at the wheels I am not quite sure but anyway....

100 mirrors? Confused way too little... Rolling with laughter

But how about a full colour code? Very Happy

United Kingdom 2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 SE Arctic Frost

The RRS in the Forum header is a Versuvius Orange 1st edition Supercharged RRS.

Versuvius Orange was a limited edition low volume colour released when the RRS was first launched four years ago. Only available in S/C guise it has remained a very sort after derivative.

If Martin was to run a poll on what level of modified RRS he should show on the Forum header, everyone would have a different opinion. What ever level of mods he decided on would either be too much or not enough, depending on your own personal views. So the limited edition is a safe bet if you ask me. Thumbs Up Arctic Frost TDV6 SE. Aspen Leather, Cherry Wood, Privacy Glass, PTI, Tow Pack, Mudflaps, Tasmods, a new Fuelflap, a RRSport.co.uk umbrella in the boot & a RRSport.co.uk sticker on the rear glass.

TB, thanks for the explanation. Thumbs Up
Agree with you that every one has a different taste and hence Martin would have had tons of suggestions.

An idea then (copied from a forum I was a member some time ago).
Why do we not vote for a car of the month and at the end of the year publish a calendar.
Raised money could be used to run the site. Whistle
