2 possibly, maybe 3 questions....

1) I have loads of burned cd's....the bastid cd player doesn't like them and spits them out. I say damn, gf says its my bad taste in music. My lovely m3 and 7 series have no qualms about playing the cds so why RRS? Is there a particular format apart from .mp3 will they RR accept?

2) The powerfold mirrors, can they be automatically set to closing/opening using the key fob on leaving/entering the vehicle?

3) No third question....forgot what it was!!

TIA

TikoV, my RRS will play iTunes burned discs fine but one of the times I was back in UK, Jay burned a disc for me with about 5 or 6 albums on it.

The RRS have never recognised it and therefore won't play it.

Not sure what software Jay used but my Sport didn't like it Runner up - 2009 Best Avatar Award Sad

Q1. Will play .mp3, .wav files and one other format that I have forgotten now, but is detailed in the handbook

Q2. Not automatically, but if you have the switch positioned in the centre (ie not L or R adjust) you can just knock it downwards as you get out to fold the mirrors and repeat when getting in to unfold.

Q3. Yes - switch on in message centre settings menu, then set preferred mirror positions when reversing and store in the same memory that you normally use for your seats. If you have Lazy Entry switched on then it will always go to this setting when you unlock the car.

HTH

(But as said above RTFM for all these...! Whistle )
