Cherished Numbers purchasing

After being out bid again I'm becoming p****d off!

I keep bidding on number plates on the DVLA auction by post and getting outbid.

This time I bid £14000 for 10 ** (** being 2 letters) and the winning bid? £14100!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Im so sick of it, I know it is regtransfers.co.uk, they bid on everything!!!

I got an email from them saying: "the following number plate is becoming available, we estimate we can sell it you for £22500!!! They emailed everyone else like me who had logged interest in those particular 2 letters!

This is the 3rd consecutive auctio I have been outbid by £300 or less, Its like they will never give up!

What makes it more annoying is some plates in todays auction went for peanuts, I mean PEANUTS for what they were, just not the letters im interested in!!!

PS I was bidding by maximum bid by post each time.

Anyone know a way to beat these BAST**DS who dont actually WANT the plate???????

regtransfers.co.uk you ARE CU*TS AND I HOPE YOU GO BUST!!!!!!!!!1

It's interesting how the DVLA seems to monitor sales from their website - in 2001 I bought 2 consecutive plates for £250 each, told some friends who I knew were also looking for P series MUD plates and the next day when they went in suddenly all the MUD plates had been withdrawn and allegedly put into a special auction. Similar when I bought my FAST plate, there was a huge selection of them at £900 so I bought my plate, when I went back onto the website all the FA57 plates disappeared from the website and went to auction.....................
I've only seen one other FA57 and that was FA57 MUD on a FFRR (belongs to a Land Rover tuning company) 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Not that bright are they - civil servants taking home a good salary - no initiative and taking marketing leads from the market place.....
