2008 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Stornoway Grey

I saw Clarkson spank the V10 TDI around a quarry and was impressed. I think they are a sensible choice of 4x4. I'd go for the grey Altitude version personally.

Goes without saying I prefer the RRS otherwise I'd have bought one! Driving - TDV8 HSE in Stornaway / Ebony / Brunel

2009 Range Rover Sport TDV6 SE Alaska White

a friend of mine just got a Tuareg (2006 model 3.0 TDI) and I was wondering why VW has at least on paper better air supspension than LR on RRS.

Few things I noticed:
1. More settings for on-road driving like sport, comfort
2. It can go in offroad height with any speed
3. The compressor is hidden in the back of car away from the rocks or stupids that put the lift jack in wrong place. 2009 Range Rover Sport 2.7 TDV6 SE, Alaska White, Almond leather, tinted windows, active rear diff, tow pack, HiICE, full spare: gone and already missed

No, unless he's had it modified. It also has no cross-linking and very poor wheel travel at offroad height, also very low wading depth. Solid build quality though in the later ones and great V10.

me neither, but I had a chat with my friend and he emphasized Tuareg offroad capabilities.

Crosslinlking definitely is good thing.

Another advantage of Tuareg air suspension is that you can use the compressor for inflate the tyres.
