I have been driving only the granturismo (if that is of any use) and was loving it ...

Very good car. My friend has one but I must admit its had its fair share of being in and out of the dealers for warranty work.

Coko, I'm looking at getting a new one. Have concerns about the ride though as I've read that it fidgets whenever the road surface is anything other than millpond smooth, it crashes over bumps and it hunts camber violently. Surely not.

I had a GTourismo, loved it.....funny you mention getting a QP...I test drop a GT S yesterday - you won't belive how much they are dropping in price these days. They have come down 20K on year old cars. Colour choices are either the dark grey or the black.....stay away from the reds, blues and silvers. The V8 is from the same block as the 430, not as crazy as a 430. First thing that gets you is how firm the steering is - quite heavy. |

Thanks for info Nick, maybe I should let someone else take the first year hit with the price drop? Although there's something about a brand new car that makes my pulse quicken.

I really think you should get a pre-owned - ring guy called james at South Ken HR Owen - they had a Gran Touris on an 08 08, with only 2000 miles, with comfort pack, hook suspension, bose etc, for only £61K, thats nearly 20K under list. he said if I got new one he would give me £5K off right away, although if you fancy a really day out, pop out to Meridean in Lyndhurst near the New Forrest, it's the most surreal garage you will ever see in your life, it's in the middle of the high street, and they have 100's of tourists stopping by every day snapping away....really lovely cars there. The largest family owned Ferrari Maserati dealership. I have some pics of the ones I drove yesterday.....drop me a PM with your email and I'll send you the pics. By the way there is one dealer advertising special offers of between 7 and 9K off a new QP...on their website |
