Heated steering wheel

Not that we or I need this in Teaxs, but noticed this is an option now on Landrover.com (US) for the RRS and I wondered if it could be retrofitted Question Brit across the Pond Wink

Quite why you need a heated steering wheel in Texas defeats me Shocked

Ive had my RRS for a few days now

I moaned about how cheap and shiny the wheel felt on the first day
With a few hours more use it still feels a bit 'cheap'

My old daily hack was a BMW with the sport pack which included a lovely fat leather rimmed wheel

This may not seem such a big deal but the steering wheel is one of the bits of the car you interact with Smile

Are there any alternatives which would be suitable for a retro fit and still keep the airbag and wheel controls?

Laughing it can get a wee bit cold here in TX now and again and I do use the seats to heat the old butt for sure. What we really need here is AC for the seats now that would be a blessing in the comfy Houston summer Thumbs Up Thumbs Up Brit across the Pond Wink
