Still looks good to me - I assume the trained techs means your warranty is not affected. 2013 Discovery HSE Luxury - 3.0 SDV6 - Santorini Black 2013 Evoque 5 Door Pure Tech SD4 - Orkney Grey with Panoramic Roof (Mrs E's new baby) GONE - RRS - 3.0 TDV6 HSE - Santorini (2010) GONE - RRS - 2.7 TDV6 HSE - Java Black (2007) GONE - Porsche Boxster S - 3.2 - Black |

My understanding is its the parts which must be legit to keep the warranty, not the labour So hes fine |

The huge difference in price between an indy over a franchised dealer is usually down to the labour cost. The local dealer charges £100+ +VAT an hour the local indy charges £30 incl VAT an hour. Strangely I can buy genuine LR parts cheaper through my indy as well because they get a whacking great discount from the local dealership!

Not really Wozz, I haven't used the local dealer since I changed the TDv6 to a TDv8 in Oct07. The TDv8 was supplied by CHPR and it suited me to return it to them last October for its' first service and they were cheaper than using the local guys too, despite there supposedly being a loading in prices for wealthy London residents! OK so there was a 900 mile round trip involved but I had to be in London for 3 days anyway with work so the company paid me 45p a mile to get there and back using my own car . 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
