Try it via Email, that works. For sure he won't read them himself but at least his personal assistant will. A letter on the other hand might not even be received by his assistant, it would propably go to the complaints department I fear.
The email-adress is quite simple if you have ANY adress at LR or tata, they're all created in the same way. (unfortunately the LR boys are noticeably absent but the thinking is sound and it does work if you can get to the top guy - it has worked many times for me.
