Does anyone know how to contact David Smith or Phil Popham? Or better yet, Rattan Tata?

When I had problems with my first D3 I wrote to the (now late) Geoff Polites at Banbury Road Gaydon, Warwick, CV35 0RG. I would have thought the address would be the same. Porsche Cayenne S Diesel 66 Plate |

Try it via Email, that works. For sure he won't read them himself but at least his personal assistant will. A letter on the other hand might not even be received by his assistant, it would propably go to the complaints department I fear.
