Not too sure about the windows...

On the earlier models, I think the driver's front window incorporates a self-contained 'Anti-trap' regulator, which features one-shot up and one-shot down functionality. So changing the switches might not help.

Furthermore, I understand the front window regulator and motor is supplied as an assembly and is handed. Malaysia Boleh!

Yeah, that won't work. I think a couple of years ago forum member PJPR01 tried to replace switchgear on his MY06 (with one-touch driver side windows only) with the assembly off a MY07 with one-touch driver and front passenger windows, with no success. Paul, can you confirm this?

There's actually a funny additional note. When I installed the MY07 window switch, not only did the passenger side not work with 1 touch, but the driver's side as well didn't work any more either...so it was back to the MY06.

I'm still holding out hope that someone develops something that might work eventually. PJPR
