22" Hipnotic wheels

hello, i want to buy 22" Hipnotic C-Note-Wheels for my RRS:
http://www.hipnoticwheels.com/new/cnote-5.html

this is my RRS:
http://www.nanoservice-schweiz.ch/cms/inde...amp;id=136

The tires are from Pirrelli 295 30 22. What are you thinking about the wheels and the tire size? Has anyone 22" Wheels with 295 tires? How is the riding quality? hello

Australia 2006 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Java Black

i had toyo 295/30/22 on my range rover, too be honest the continentals on the 20' were nicer. But also more expensive... it turns out the toyo's werent load rated for my car and they colapsed. I was assured by a tyre place that cooper 275/45/ 22 were the same rolling diameter.... they arent and they scrub the guards and have put my speedo out... I will be doing the 295/30/22 pirrelli tyres soon, once ive worn the coopers down a little.... too kind of justify the miss spent money....

If you put on the pirrelli tyres please do let me know how you go....

Wouldn't want to put spanner in the works here lads as they are great looking wheels BUT,

Having brought over several american vehicles over the past few years, people were always asking to have the wheels upgraded. Having gone through the painstaking task of choosing them and getting them either shipped over or fitted, within a couple of months there was always a problem.........RUST OR CORROSION.

Fact of the matter is the american wheels are not designed to withstand road salt and all the other nasty things we seem to have over here, but the biggest problem is they can't cope with the extreme changes in temperature. They use different grades of metal and the coating process is not as tough as others, resulting in pin holes forming and then corrosion.

Maybe not explained too well but have not got the technical head on today!!

We brought wheels from both ends of the market and had the same problem.

Alli ones had the same problems. Sorry guys just speaking from experience, wouldn't want anyone to get some and then be unhappy! Big Cry Drive it like you stole it,
park it like you don't care!

RRS HSE
