Does this also apply to changing the Xenon bulbs too or is that a dealer job? And how much do Xenon bulbs cost these days? I remember having one doing on a BMW 6 and it cost £150 by a dealer to do it.... |

Nick, I was told by the local dealer that the Xenon lamps are warrantied for 10,000 powering up cycles (ie switching on 10,000 times) although how you prove it I haven't a clue. They also said that if a Bi-Xenon lamp were to fail that LR would replace it under that warranty but would keep the original lamp to return to the maker. Maybe CHPR's guys would be able to confirm this? 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Thanks for that - one went off on the weekend, but came back on again after a few hours - will check the connectors first - but car is due to CHPR for warranty work next week for 2 days - so will get it checked. And you'll be pleased to know making the jump to a TDV8 soon - seen an Overfinch 07 for sale - just made an offer on it, so will see what happens...... |

The one I've seen is a black one, with quilted black seats (Overfinch style) with yellow calipers - looks quite good actually. If truth be known I'd rather go for a white one but this Finch has only got 13,000 miles and is in very good condition and is up for £39 - although have offered them a little under that - so waiting to see...... |

I'll post some pics of it and see what you think......and yes at 39K it's a good price, it has just been reduced from 45K - I won't tell you what I've offered them, just being a bit cheeky and see if they will bite.....quilted ibterior looks very good too, black with white stitching. |
