2 screws hold them in along with 2 rubber stops on the outside. Once the screws are removed, pull from both sides of the lights straight back...it will initially feel like you are forcing it a bit, but it won't...just pull straight and the light will pop out.

Good opportunity to replace the rear backup lights with some nice bright white LED's...instead of the ugly yellow ones.

Once you've done one of them, the other will be easier. PJPR

You couldnt havent picked anything smaller to reverse into Thumbs Up

Easy replacement. Hardest part is spending the money. The whole light unit has to be taken out even to change a bulb so they had to make it pretty simple. Just unscrew and pull/twist. Its got these two weird plastic clip things holding the lamp in which get a bit fiddly sometimes and make it feel stuck. Maybe someone has a better technique. I just yanked it after getting annoyed for 5 minutes trying to change a bulb.

*edit* i type slow. WINNER - 2008 Best All New Photograph

Explain how, with the reverse sensors yelling at you for at least 3 or 4 seconds BEFORE the impact, you have managed to break one of your rear light Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes . Question

And, by the way, you should know that that little mirror located on the top of the windscreen has been designed to be used when going backward..... Whistle Whistle
