Are TSB's covered by dealer on vehicles with no warranty?

Seeing a lot of TSB on this forum that I need on my RRS. I've got no warranty remaining(got over 100k Kms), are these TSB covered by the dealer or do I have to pay out of my own pocket? I'm assuming I've got to pay myself, just wanted some feedback. Thanks!

Mmmmm but surely if, Land Rover issue a TSB stating that some work needs to be done or a modification made to your RRS, they should pay for it.

It’s not really your choice to have the work carried out, so why should you pay ?

yea most of the TSB ive read are 'symptom' related so not recalls. Basically they figure you should have told them about the issue if you were getting it before the car came out of warranty Sad.

Exactly - TSBs are simply the output of LR Engineering increasing the "known" faults and repairs for the car. Not all (in fact, very few) TSBs are recalls. If there are any safety recalls that apply to your VIN number, LR continues to fund that work of course.

I thought that when your RRS went in for a service it was always upgraded to the latest TSB? But bear in mind some TSB's are chargable or only if the owner specifically asks for them to be done. The FBH TSB was a point in case - it only got done if the owner complained about how long the car took to warm up, even though the FBH was a standard piece of kit, supposedly needed for emissions purposes, that was omitted from production cars in a certain VIN range Both VA's last car and my last RRS had the FBH fitted for free after we learned about the problem through the RRSport forums! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

I doubt it's feasible for any service dept to check every car that comes in to see if all the outstanding TSBs on it have been executed? I think they are meant to check whether it requires any software updates... but again, a lot of dealers charge specifically for these and only upon request.
