Try again m8 when its light, if you have had it loose its just a case of jiggeling it.

Have a look at the pins protruding from the panal where the clips locate onto, if you lift them slightly to high the light catches.

If its not been out before it may be a bit tight thats all.

seriousley, once you have done it once in the light you will know how easy it is.

Hope you found my pdf usefull lol, ill do a propper worded one tomorrow thats a bit more profesional.

The metal retainer clips mustn't be fully lifted - press the metal clips back a little and the headlights will come out easily. Don't use much force you'll only break something. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

Yeah, first time took me around 30 minutes for both lights...Second time, 5 minutes!

Anyway, can I ask for some pictures of your LED? Right now I got LEDs aswell, but I tend to find them blueish, and I wonder if there are some whiter LEDs out there... Thanks!

Just wanna say a ongoing thanks to Pete (BAS) for these instructions.

I had a blown sidelight and remembered I had a couple of W5W LEDS from my Audi in the garage - fitted them just now in 10 mins for both - sweet!

They look great against the Xenon.

Piece of p*ss getting the headlamps out once you know how, but a bitch until you do - well done Pete for passing on the know how.
