Some purchase/price advice please

Hello all

I am hoping to join you in RRS ownership very soon, and have found the following:

TDV8 in silver, 1645 miles, UK vehicle, registered in Oct 08. Standard spec (no extras). I will be the 2nd owner, car being sold by a LR dealer.

The price I have agreed is £35k. From my limited research, this seems a pretty good deal. I just wanted some confirmation of that before I took the plunge!!

PS - is the Active Roll Mitigation a standard item on the TDV8?

Thanks in advance.

Loon

Loon,

That does sound a very keen price, especially from a franchised dealer under the Approved Used Scheme. 'Dynamic Response' as it's more commonly know as is standard on all TDV8 Sports which is over and above lower-end TDV6's etc.

Welcome to the forum, and if you need any more info then there are plenty of us on hand to help!

James Thumbs Up

Welcome Loon! Thumbs Up

35k is a very good price for a car that's only 4 months old Confused

ARM is present on your TDV8, as it is on all RRSs Very Happy

Seems like a good deal to me. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten
2009 Alaska TDV8 - Gone and much missed.

Very very good deal! definitely a UK car though? There were a batch of German imports knocking around Stratstone dealers which there are some units still around, so double check that, if its an issue for you.

If it is a UK car, then its a bargain! Thumbs Up

Nah not the stormers.. the wheels on Angel's cars are mint.. he just waits for unsuspecting british tourists in RHD cars to come over, and then drives their cars into a high kerb on the left hand side... hehe.. Wink Very Happy

Not that i'm bitter about it or anything.. 20" Y Spoke Bmw alloys... ouch!

I know how that feels... Mrs S was kind enough to scrape one of the alloys on my M3 shortly after I took delivery of it. They were the 19s too Evil or Very Mad Wicked Wheels did a good job of refurbing them though Bow down
