Hi all,
I know the the LEDs have been widely discussed. However noone mentioned whether they trigger the bulb failure warning device to go off :idea: (as does on a Range Rover). If so is there a way around (bulbs with resistance etc...) ?
Please let me know...

Ive got LEDS all round with no problems.

I have side lights , rear stop and tail lights and all the inside lights.
I do have a fault show in the IDS diagnostic software about the puddle lamps , but this is because i used a smaller LED i think in those i would think if i added the big leds in those the fault would go.


But no dash warnings are on and the interior lights are bright as

Speak with Ian from Bolt On Bits 01274 869955 tell him you want what i had on mine and you should not go far wrong.

12 inside 501 capless LEDS
4 outside for the side lights in the front and rear 501 capless (surface mount type)
2 stop and tails
and i got 2 for the main beam that give of a white light to match the HID dip beams rarther than yellow lol

I like the LEDs but have heard that a car can fail an MOT when they are fitted. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

Do you have any pics of the outside at night ? i am getting really at trying diferent leds trying to prevent the blueish tint off them

Ill get some , just got my camera out of the laptop bag and its flat grrrrrrrrrrrr
