I use a jet wash most weekends when cleaning my car. Or should I say the man who cleans my car uses a jet wash.

Its the wheel sensors that have caused the problems as they aren't that waterproof. I've never had a problem though, just be a little careful. LRE jet wash their cars every day so I guess that means LR are happy with you doing it. Porsche Cayenne S Diesel 66 Plate |

I remember when I had the Q7 the jet wash took the paint clean off, it was actualy a fault and they replaced all the sensors with colour coded ones instead of painted sensors Speed Limits! not where I live!

I seem to recall from a top car mag that you shouldn't jet wash the tyres as the pressure can cause damage to the tyre walls which may result in a failure at a time that you don't want one TDV6 - gone

Don't wash a Range Rover! Not washing it for a year gives it the original Landlord-look!

I though that the jet washing of tyres was not recommended because the water can enter the tyre through the beading seal under pressure, either filling the tyre with water or breaking the bead seal and deflating the tyre.

A couple times after jetwashing it, the front sensor were constantly beeping... Next times it took care of not ponting the thing directly into the sensors, no problems.
