New Defender 90 SVX Soft-Top

We have been allocated a 90 SVX Soft-Top which is currently showing 'in production' but should be with us early next week. I know there were a few being offered Sept/Oct but not sure if anyone is still looking for one.

Is it me James or are these proving hard to shift Question

My local Reading dealer has had 2 for some 2 months now and they have not moved - literally Shocked

Not here........... Shocked

We were allocated one hard-top, we then sold another and had a real struggle to get that other unit. Then a few months later (couple of weeks ago) LR offered us this soft-top which was one of the last due for build. I didn't have to take it, but due to the fact that we've had several customers wanting to see one (the soft-top) before comitting, I thought that it would be a nice thing to have. Granted, a soft-top at this time of year is akin to selling Mr Whippy ice-cream, however I'm confident that we won't have it too long. Thumbs Up

So in answer to your question, we sold 2 before they had arrived, so (and I con only speak for myself) they don't seem to be difficult to 'shift'. Confused

We have big plans for it as I'm tring to find a manakin to dress up as Santa and fill the cargo area with presents! Laughing

Sorry Jay, I've let you down........ It's been PDI'd but I need to get it cleaned first thing, and then I'll take a few snaps. There's even tie-downs in the back to stop Rex attacking passers-by at the traffic lights! Thumbs Up
