Many have made this comparison - take the test drive and it'll answer all questions - there are some things the X5 had the edge on (as i recall but it was a while back) but overall the RRS has it! |

Not sure about that, prices normally pick up in January and there are already signs of improvement in 4*4 prices at auction. If your going into the market, now is the time to buy, dealers will be keen to get stock off their balance sheet before the year end. Daz - the RRS is a great car with any engine - the TDV6 is a great engine, however you really can't compare it with the TDV8 - if you have the choice then definitely go for the TDV8

As Ken says, prices seem to have leveled out at the moment, and I believe that we have already seen the big drop. Now is certainly a good time as there is a choice of stock out there and dealers (if they are switched-on) are looking to reduce their working capital by the end of December, and then go out looking for new stock in January. I've had both.....so I advise go for the TDV8 because you may wish you had done so later. Its soooooooooooooo much better than the TDV6 TDV6 - gone

Hi Dazsear welcome. I had same dilema I tried X5 and RRSTDV6 and at the end I bought TDV8.. I think that says everything. By the way the difference between TDV6 and TDV8 is huge....and it is worth every EUR. Do not hesitate go for TDV8 2008 RRS TDV8 HSE, Java black, Alpaca,..... |
