Does anybody else have this issue. I took the car to my stealer and they could not come up with a solution. They said that they would contact LR HO to see if there was an official fix. So far nothing.

Thanks so much for coming back to me. My car is a May 2008 build so I will definitely get my stealer to give them a call. Hopefully it will be a relatively painless fix, but it sounds like it is going to take a while. |

not sure on my build date (but on road Sept 0 and i have reported same problem. Noticable mainly at 0-1mph and 1-0 mph and is a small shift of the seat!

Mine was delivered end of March 2008 with same problem seat frame replaced under warranty.
