Update on my RR sport problem

After 2 weeks in the dealership , and after two unsuccessful attempts to rectify the problem , at last I recieved the news that they have managed to trace the problem down to a replacement windscreen ( bear with me on this ) .
Seemingly before the windscreen was replaced there was a water leak which was never found causing the wiring looms under the n/s front passenger seat to perish to such a degree that they now believe that this is the root of the problem . The photos of the damage and associated wiring has now been sent of not only to l/r tech but also the company who supplies the wiring system . However after being told this I was then told that work had been carried out on the wiring as well at some point as the wiring was all cable tied , this leads to the question of when was the wiring work done and if it was after the water leak why wasn't this spotted at the time , anyway at the moment I dont know whether to laugh or cry but will keep you updated . rbr
