Not sure myself, but maybe able to find something in the owners info website, if there are accessories that need the dash taking apart |

If by the side panels you mean the 2 bits of plastic on the side of the radio then these should just pull off with a strong pull. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten
