Epson launched a similar (not as small) projector last year - bit of a flop by all accounts

on the gadget show they had it showing on a 12" screen and they pulled out what looked to be a 42" pop up white screen and showed it projecting on that, they need to do a bit of focusing and the picture would have been watchable

To me if you integrated it with a iPod (like they did) you could watch full sized movies instead of on the 2.5" screen when your on holiday

Keep the kids entertained with out the need of a portable DVD player etc, just the iPod & a pico projector
Thumbs Up

Set it up to project on to the side of my caravan and i'ed have a great awning theater system Idea Very Happy

Optoma today announced its latest baby, the Pico portable projector. No larger than a dictaphone, the Pico hopes to have iPod, multimedia phone and digital camera users connecting their devices and projecting video content whenever and wherever they choose.

I remember years ago when I used to work in an office (Thank the lord those days are behind me!), we were issued with mobiles, laptops and dictaphones (Nevr understood why Confused ). A mate of mine who was also a National Sales Manager always used his so he could 'Make notes' on the go.

When we were in the office one day, he turned to me and said:

"I think thy're great these, really convenient. Do you use your dictaphone?"

"No Jon, I use my finger like everyone else" I replied.

The office errupted and he went very Embarassed , and very quiet for the rest of the morning.... Laughing Runner up - 2009 Best Avatar Award Sad
