Anyone's drivers side mirror vibrate when stopped?

When I'm stopped at a light my drivers side mirror vibrates to a point where I cannot even read license plate of the vehicle behind me. Anyone know how to fix this? Checked the mirror and seems to be on tight. I don't know exactly how to tighten the glass part.
