Hello all,

Asking for guidance on the following;

- Can the volume of the front & rear parking sensors be INCREASED?

And/Or

- Can the stereo be "muted" automatically when the parking sensors are activated?

I have a 2009 Jaguar XF and 2007 Mini Cooper - when reverse is engaged on both vehicles, the stereo volume is muted. Plus I am able to adjust the volume level via the settings menu on the NAV screen in each vehicle.

Is it possible the volume level for the Range Rover Sport sensors can be adjusted by the dealer/service?

CA - In a nutshell, NO

I am guessing that the changeover to muted stereo option is imminant as my FL2 (LR2) does have that option already installed. Seeing as it's only a software option, I would think that there may be an update at some point, you will hear it hear 1st...that's if your stereo is not on  L322 Big Daddy SUPERCHARGED 5.0 Autobiography - Here & Now!
