Yeah, heard this on the news... if they're going to test carpooling then fine, but what sort of result can they expect to get from a single 1-mile stretch of all the UK's motorways. Usual crap idea from the govt....

But don't forget they are going to introduce another in 2008. Down near London, so maybe they can link the two stretches together. Arctic Frost TDV6 SE.
