This happened to me.....all I did was delete all memory of the car from the phone an start from scratch, this worked for me |

Have you trying pairing a different phone to the system? And have you checked that the phones Bluetooth is switched on, my Motorola V3i occassionally switches the BT off by itself (it may be a power saving mode when the phone battery is getting low) 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Had exactly the same problem - now with RRS but with a car (company recently sold to TATA). Worked for weeks and would not let me re-connect to anything. Was also a motorola v3i - just like previous post. Could not get connection at all.
